Report a bug

In game, open Report Abuse and choose the Report Bug tab, or use the ticket action in Player Info. Give clear reproduction steps, the world and the error message. Never include a password.

The client cannot connect

Check the world status and the release note on Play Now. Download availability and game connectivity are separate. A local-network release cannot connect from a friend’s home without a public game endpoint.

Updates fail

Check your internet connection and try again later. A missing file or checksum failure means the update is not usable; do not edit the checksum to bypass the check.

Highscores or status are unavailable

The website requires the server’s signed publisher connection. It will show a clear unavailable or stale state if it cannot obtain reliable data.

Beta means work in progress

The server, normal client, Everlite client and website may contain bugs or missing features. Check news for changes.
